GC-5 is defined by its vertical tension, the clarity of its structure meeting the depth of its maturity. Crafted from three cépages and four cépages, this cuvée is a study in balance: austere in its youth, radiant in its evolution. The 2004 vintage expresses an exacting purity, where minerality takes precedence over ornament, and the effervescence seems to trace the invisible geometry of its terroir.
