HERITAGE

We have taken our name from the "Grande Charte Champenoise", written in 1114 by Bishop Guillaume de Champeaux and the oldest written testimony of the history of the vineyards of champagne.

VINEYARDS

This document lists the possessions of the abbey of Saint-Pierre-aux-Monts, which included vineyards still within the current AOC Champagne area more than 900 years later, and still today some of the greatest!
